CALIFORNIA ARTICHOKE DIP

Artichoke Dip

Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Serves 4-6

Ingredients

15 ounces water packed artichoke hearts drained and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
Pepper
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, reserving 1/4 cup for topping
Crackers or tortilla chips to serve

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients except cheese for topping and blend well
  3. Spread into an oven proof-serving dish
  4. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
  6. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips
