BUTTERED NUTS
Cooking Time: 10 minutesServes 4-6
Ingredients
2 cups nuts. Almonds are delicious this way, also try mixed nuts4 T butter
Salt and Pepper
Optional: 2 t spice, either curry powder or chili powder, OR 1 t cayenne
Preparation
- Melt butter in large pan over medium-low heat.
- Toss nuts in butter to coat, add optional spice.
- Saute for 10 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cool before serving. Nuts will crisp as they cool.
